In this article, we will define many of the common statistics that are included in the Tracking Statistics report in your account. Tracking Statistics
Default statistics included in standard report view.
ID - Unique identification number assigned by Delivra's mail processing server.
From - The sender of the campaign.
Segment - The audience group sent the campaign.
Title - The name given to the campaign.
Received - # of successfully delivered emails. This means that the server on the other end has accepted the message.
Opens (Unique) - One open per campaign recipient, regardless if any recipient opened it more than once.
Open % - Opens (unique) divided by successfully sent.
Clicks (Unique) - Unique recipients that clicked a link.
Click % - Clicks (unique) divided by successfully sent.
Clickstreams (Unique) - Unique recipients that viewed a website page from the campaign. Requires our Clickstream integration.
Clickstream % - Clickstreams (unique) divided by successfully sent.
Created - Date campaign was sent.
Unsubscribes - Total # of contacts that unsubscribed from the campaign.
Available statistics that can be added to report view.
Account - Displays name of the account from which the campaign was sent.
Active - Campaign recipients that have been sent the campaign and the receiving server is actively processing the delivery.
Active % - Percentage of total campaign recipients that have been sent the campaign and the receiving server is still processing.
Attempted - Campaign recipients that have initially been sent the campaign and delivery status is not yet indicated from the receiving server.
Attempted % - Percentage of total campaign recipients that have been sent the campaign and delivery status is not yet indicated.
Bounce % - The percentage of total attempted recipients that returned a bounce (both soft bounces and hard bounces) for the campaign.
Clicks (Total) - Total # of contacts that clicked a link in a received email.
Clickstreams (Total) - Total # of website page views from the sent campaign.
Click-To-Open-Rate (CTOR) % - Percentage of recipients who opened campaigns and clicked links.
Complaint % - Percentage of total campaign recipients who reported message as spam.
Complaints - # of campaign recipients that reported the message as spam.
Completed - Total # of campaign recipients that have been sent the campaign and the receiving server has completed processing. Does not indicate success or failure.
Completed % - Percentage of total campaign recipients that have been sent the campaign and delivery processing has been finished on the receiving server side.
Conversion Rate % (Commerce) - Purchases divided by sessions, reported by Google Analytics. Requires our Google Analytics Campaigns integration.
Engagement - Mailing engagement is a formula involving campaign recipient actions (opens, clicks, unsubscribes, etc.) divided by the number of recipients of that campaign. This score is commonly used to gauge recipient interaction for the campaign as a whole and to identify campaigns that may not be as effective. Learn more here.
Hard Bounce - A type of bounce recorded by the receiving server. The failure indicates an issue that is of a permanent nature, like a mailbox does not exist.
Impressions - A view of the content that resulted from it being shared on a social network. The email address associated with an impression is that of the sharer, not the viewer. An impression is only recorded when you've included Social Share links in your content.
Opens (Total) - Total # of contacts that opened a received email.
Opens, Desktop (Total) - Total # of opens detected from a desktop email client, like Outlook.
Opens, Desktop (Unique) - Unique # of opens detected from a desktop email client.
Opens, Mobile (Total) - Total # opens detected from a mobile email client, like the Yahoo mail app.
Opens, Mobile (Unique) - Unique # opens detected from a mobile email client.
Opens, Unknown (Total) - Total # of opens detected from an environment that is not able to, or set to not share identify information.
Opens, Unknown (Unique) - Unique # of opens detected from an environment that is not able to, or set to not share identify information.
Opens, Web (Total) - Total # of opens detected from a web email client, like Yahoo mail accessed via browser.
Opens, Web (Unique) - Unique # of opens detected from a web email client.
Paused - # of campaign recipients that incurred interrupted sending by use of the stop campaign function.
Purchases (Clickstream) - Total # of transactions attributed to sent campaigns.
Purchases (Commerce) - Total # of transactions attributed to sent campaigns.
Remaining - Campaign recipients that have not yet been initially sent the email.
Remaining % - Percentage of total campaign recipients that have not yet been sent the campaign.
Revenue (Clickstream) - The dollar amount of purchases attributed to sent campaigns.
Revenue (Commerce) - The dollar amount of purchases attributed to sent campaigns.
Sessions (Commerce) - Total # of Google Analytics sessions started. Requires Google Analytics Campaigns integration.
Shares - Total # of contacts who received mailings and shared them using the share buttons available in our drag-and-drop editor.
Soft Bounce - A type of bounce recorded by the receiving server. The failure indicates an issue that is of a temporary nature, like a mailbox being full.
Status - The sending status of the campaign as a whole; active or completed.
Subject - The subject line used for the campaign.
Success - Total # of attempted campaign recipients that returned a delivery success for the campaign.
Success % - The percentage of total attempted recipients that indicate a successful delivery for the campaign.
Total - Total # of recipients attempted to be sent the campaign.
Type - The type of campaign sent; regular, a/b test, welcome, triggered, etc.
Unsubscribe % - Percentage of total campaign recipients who unsubscribed.
