You may have a need to evaluate click activity of contacts and add them to a category. But, a click alone cannot send a contact to a category in your account.
You can however accomplish this with automation, whether it's a universal category to collect clickers over time, or a complex need to filter contact click actions into categories of interest.
To accomplish this kind of sorting, create an automation that includes Conditions to evaluate clicks. Based on clicks, add an Action step to add contacts to a configured category.

Tip: Use a Pause step after the email is sent to give contacts some time to perform the desired action.
Method #2
Another method, which would require a manual approach, would be to review the associated campaign click report. Campaign reports will provide details about contacts who click and on what links they click. Download this report, sort contacts by links clicked, and re-import into the appropriate categories in your account.
