In this article we'll outline what to expect in Analytics.
After the Google Analytics connection is complete, the integration sends web commerce data captured through your Google Analytics account to Delivra. Outlined below are the reports that will display Google Analytics integration data. Please note that statistics associated with Google Analytics will be clearly marked as “Commerce” in Analytics.
Optionally add two widgets to your Delivra account dashboard to quickly see aggregate data for Cart and Commerce statistics. Please note that Google Analytics will push all data into Delivra from your cart, regardless if it was attributed to an email sent. Homepage widgets depict all data and separates what can be identified as attributed to emails sent from Delivra.
In the Mailing Performance widget, Google Analytics data is reported under “Commerce Statistics” and includes Sessions, Purchases, Revenue, and Conversion Rate.
The Conversion Rate is calculated as Purchases divided by Sessions.
Google Analytics commerce reporting in your account will clearly be marked as “commerce”. In the example below from our Mailing Overview report, the pie chart is pulling in commerce data from Google:
Purchase/Revenue information from your Google Analytics connection will be reported clearly as commerce.
