When using our spam analysis checker that is available when testing campaigns, you receive a report with an itemized listing of details about the campaigns scoring through SpamAssassin.
If in this listing you see an item for "0.2 HEADER_FROM_DIFFERENT_DOMAINS", it means that the domain address used in your From line for a campaign is not the actual domain that the mailing is coming from, which is Delivra's sending domain.
There is no reason for alarm. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication are all in place to account for the difference in the domains when sending campaigns from Delivra. Each authentication method is used to provide information to your recipients' mail servers letting them know that Delivra is sending your emails, with your permission, using your domain in the From line.
