New administrators have 24 hours to set up their passwords to complete the login set up process after the initial auto-generated email is sent from the system. If you did not receive the system email to set up your password, please check your SPAM/Junk folders. Look for this email sender specifically:
Delivra Admin <email@example.com>
If you still are unable to locate the password set up email, you may want to reach out to your IT team. It could have been flagged or quarantined.
After your IT team has investigated, it may be necessary for a new administrator record to be created with your email address in order to resend the auto-generated password setup email. Contact your Site administrator for your Delivra account or email our Support team.
