We offer two scoring systems to help you identify and prioritize which of your contacts to follow-up with by defining a comprehensive scoring system that will automatically increase or decrease a contact’s score based on several criteria: action or inaction, data stored, categories joined or unsubscribe from, etc.
The main difference between these two systems if that Lead Scoring is utilized for Business-To-Business marketers while Advanced Engagement Scoring is utilized for Business-To-Consumer marketers.
Lead Scoring is geared toward B2B marketers because it includes additional features to setup a lead stage funnel. The stages can be used in Segments and Automation.
Lead Scoring is available at the Enterprise Plus license while Advanced Engagement Scoring is available at the Enterprise license.
