Every sent campaign will have a record in Analytics to view statistics individually regardless if it is part of a Report Group or an Automation. In this article we will highlight popular reports that allow viewing of individual campaigns, aggregate statistics for campaigns used in Automation, and campaigns used in Report Groups.
This report can display statistics for a campaign that is sent to multiple segments, or campaigns that include multiple sends like triggers and other automated campaigns (Welcome, Confirmation, API/Campaigns used in Automation).
Aggregate statistics will be displayed in a singular row to see how the overall campaign performed. Use the arrows to expand the view to see individual send performance:
At this time, roll-up and expand views can be found in Tracking Statistics, Delivery Statistics, Mailing Compare, View All Outgoing Mailings, Automation Campaign Tracking and Automation Performance reports.
Many of the reports available allow selection of a report group to view statistics. One easy way to locate performance statistics for a Report Group and/or the performance of campaigns within the group is right from your Report Group dashboard. Here's how:
1. Navigate to the Analytics dashboard and click "Report Groups" from the left menu.
2. Hover over the Report Group name and click "Edit".
3. Once a group is opened you will see all of the campaigns saved to the report group with their statistics. Also, find aggregate statistics at the bottom of each column.
Use the Customize Fields button to adjust what statistics are included in your view.
