What is a Facebook Custom Audience?
A Custom Audience is a Facebook ad targeting option that lets you find your existing audiences among people who are on Facebook. You can use sources like customer lists, website or app traffic, or engagement on Facebook, to create Custom Audiences of people who already know your business.

Delivra's Facebook Custom Audience integration can help expand your reach. Use our Update Custom Audience automation tool to identify contacts in an automation to be added or removed from an existing Custom Audience, or create a brand new Custom Audience. This automation tool can be used to easily target newly engaged contacts by adding them to a custom audience or reduce your ad spend in Facebook by removing disengaged contacts from a custom audience.

This integration relies on contact data matches between your ESP and Facebook. Be sure you are collecting solid information on your contacts before utilizing this integration. The more information that can be passed to Facebook about the contacts, such as email addresses, phone numbers, or addresses, the better your match rate will be.
Use Case Example
Use our Facebook Custom Audience integration in conjunction with a Re-Engagement automation series. If contacts are still not interacting with your email content in the re-engagement automation you can add those contacts to a Custom Audience and try to reach them by displaying ads to them on Facebook. If those contacts are still not interacting with your content you can then remove them from the Custom Audience and update your contact list.
