DESCRIPTION
When using our Drag-and-Drop editor, if you have noticed a larger than normal gray space that makes it difficult to edit your text field, this typically means that there is a Google Chrome extension in use. Most often the Grammarly extension is the culprit.
To continue to use Google Chrome as your web browser while working in the Drag-and-Drop editor, you will need to Disable the extension(s).
HOW-TO
1. Access your Chrome extensions by opening your Chrome browser and locating the browser controls menu. Seen in the image below, these are typically seen as 3 vertical dots to the right of your User icon.
2. Select More Tools.
3. Select Extensions.
4. Disable the extension(s) for the time being or else completely remove them.
NOTES
Alternatively, you can utilize a different web browser such as Mozilla Firefox, Safari, etc. when working with our Drag-and-Drop editor.
