When using our Drag-and-Drop editor, if you have noticed a larger than normal gray space that makes it difficult to edit your text field, this typically means that there is a Google Chrome extension in use. Most often the Grammarly extension is the culprit.
To continue to use Google Chrome as your web browser while working in the Drag-and-Drop editor, you will need to Disable the extension(s).
How-To
- Access your Chrome extensions by opening your Chrome browser and locating the browser controls menu. Seen in the image below, these are typically seen as 3 vertical dots to the right of your User icon.
- Select More Tools.
- Select Extensions.
- Disable the extension(s) for the time being or else completely remove them.
Notes
Alternatively, you can utilize a different web browser such as Mozilla Firefox, Safari, etc. when working with our Drag-and-Drop editor.
