You may have recently noticed this message either when testing links within your campaign or when trying to log in to Delivra.
You may have also noticed you received it since working from home but never received it when working at the office. But why?
The answer could be your network security. Even though you are not physically at the office and using their WiFi or secure network, you may be on their VPN, or Virtual Private Network. This is a secure connection to another network over the Internet.
How can you tell?
There are some things you can do to troubleshoot to make sure it's your security setting.
1. Test your email or log in using phone data on your mobile device. This way you're not limited by WiFi or anyone's network.
2. Test your email or log into the UI without signing in to your VPN first.
