Recommended settings for quick setup

Basic Info

Contact Sync (screenshot of settings below)

• SALESFORCE-TO-ESP
  • Leave as 'Normal' contact.
    
    
• ESP-TO-SALESFORCE
  • Set depending on your business needs. We recommend setting 'not be added to Salesforce' until you are sure you want the contacts to be added.
    
    
    
    

Activity Sync (screenshot of settings below)

• Sync Frequency
  • Recommend a minimum of 4 hours.
• Synced Activities
  • Check the box for each Activity you would like to sync. We recommend only syncing activities that are useful to your business needs in order to speed up each of your syncs.

• Record Successes
  • Recommend deselecting unless you have a business reason for using them.
