When your email template design is finalized & ready to be used in campaigns, one last step must be taken to change the template status. Only email templates in the complete status will be available to select for use when creating a new campaign. Follow these steps to change your email template's status.
How-To
1. In the final step of the email template creation workflow, mark the "Complete" radio button to change the template status.
2. Provide a name for the email template and optionally choose or create a folder to store it in.
3. Click the "Save and Exit" button.
Notes
An email template must be tested at least once before the status can be changed. The Complete radio button will not be visible until the template has been tested.
