Insights are weekly reports sent to administrators. These alerts can be managed at the account level and at the individual administrator level.
Account level configuration allows you to manage multiple subscriptions at one time, if you are a Site administrator or your account administrator permissions allow management of other administrators. Go to Settings > select Account Management > select General Account Settings > select Alerts.
For administrator level configuration, select the user icon from top navigation in your account. Select 'My Settings'.
How-To
Subscribe
1. On the Alerts page, check the box for the Insight (perform each subscription individually)
2. Click 'Choose Recipients'
3. Enter your email address into the text box
4. Click the '+' sign
5. Click 'Ok'
6. Repeat for the next Insight, by selecting Week 2 from the drop-down, then Week 3 etc.
7. Click 'Save'
Unsubscribe
a. Click unsubscribe from your received Insight report.
b. Manage in Settings
1. On the Alerts page, check the box for the Insight(s)
2. Click 'Choose Recipients'
3. Locate your subscribed email address
4. Click the 'unsubscribed' radio button
5. Click 'Ok'
6. Repeat for the next Insight by selecting Week 2 from the drop-down, then Week 3 etc.
7. Click 'Save'
Notes
All new administrators will be presented with the option to subscribe upon their first login.
