Our Automation feature provides clients the ability to strategically plot out an entire email series, determining which campaigns are sent based on a variety of subscriber actions, their inactions, data or time.
Automations can be initiated in a variety of ways. Your options will depend on your license and ancillary products purchased. Below are available options:
Email
Configure a Regular, Triggered, or API campaign to start an automation.
SMS
Configure a Regular or Triggered SMS campaign to start an automation. Requires SMS platform.
Event
Setup a condition that contacts should meet to enter an automation. This could include a change in data, the join of a category, or page visited. Event automation is available at the Enterprise license. Purchase and page visit events require our Clickstream integration.
Triggered
Setup segment criteria that contacts should meet to enter an automation. This could include a date stamped to a contact field or clauses that evaluate actions / inactions.
