Testing is an essential part of sending any email or SMS campaign. We've made testing a required part of any SMS send. To test your SMS campaign, make sure your administrator record (Settings > User Management > Account Administrators) includes your cell phone number.
- Navigate to the Campaigns Dashboard. If you already have a draft SMS campaign you can simply hover over it and choose "Test" from the drop-down. Otherwise, choose the "Create Campaign" button at the top-left of the page and select "SMS" as the campaign type.
- Once you've chosen your target audience in Step 2: Contacts, click Save and Next to reach Step 3: Test.
- Choose your admin record (and any other admins you want to test the message to) from the drop-down. Click Send Test or Test and Next.
