Testing is an essential part of sending any email or SMS campaign. For this reason, we've made testing a required step for any campaign, including the SMS type.
- Navigate to the Campaigns Dashboard. If you already have a draft SMS campaign you can simply hover over it and choose "Test" from the drop-down. Otherwise, choose the "Create Campaign" button at the top-left of the page and select "SMS" as the campaign type.
- Once you've chosen your target audience in Step 2: Contacts, click Save and Next to reach Step 3: Test.
- Choose your admin record (and any other admins you want to test the message to) from the drop-down. Click Send Test or Test and Next.
To update your profile to include a mobile number, exit our of the campaign workflow (if needed). Or, return to the homepage of your account. Then click on the user icon seen in the top-right of the page. In the user menu, select "My Settings". Enter your mobile number (no dashes, spaces, or parentheses) in the appropriate field. Click the "Update Profile" button.
