Our Custom Report Builder can deliver powerful insights about your campaign performance. For any information you need to see with regularity, use the Schedule Report option to have the report sent to your inbox (or your team's) on a regular basis rather than logging in.
At this time, schedule reports is only available for campaign reports.
In the example below, we use a report showing all campaigns sent in the last week.
- Navigate to the Analytics Dashboard. Select "Custom Reports" from the left-hand side.
- Either open an existing report or click "Add Custom Report" in the top-right to create a new report.
- Once you are ready to schedule the report, choose "Schedule Email Report" at the top-right.
- In the window that appears set your frequency, date and time of day, and email address(es) to send to. These email addresses do not need to be account administrators.
- Hit Ok. Make sure to Save.
- The Custom Report Builder is available for the Enterprise license.
