Our Custom Report Builder can deliver powerful insights about your campaign performance. For any campaign information you need to see with regularity, use the Schedule Report option to have the report sent to your inbox (or your team's) on a regular basis rather than logging in.
How-To
- Navigate to the Analytics Dashboard. Select "Custom Reports" from the left-hand menu.
- Either open an existing report or click "Add Custom Report" in the top-right to create a new report.
- Once you are ready to schedule the report, choose "Schedule Email Report" at the top-right.
- In the pop-up, set the start date, frequency, and email address(es) to send to. If multiple email addresses need to be included use a comma then space between email addresses.
- Click the "Ok" button. And then the "Save" button.
Notes
- Availability of our Custom Report builder is based on your license. Please email our Client Success team for more information about the features available to you.
- Scheduling is available for Campaign custom reporting.
- To unschedule a previously scheduled custom report, return to the custom report in Analytics and click "Edit Custom Report". Click the "Unschedule Report" button in the pop-up that displays:
