For franchises or other multi-account clients our Customer Templates Repository helps create one place to store and update templates that allows each sub-account to have access to approved templates.
HOW-TO CREATE A CAMPAIGN WITH A SHARED TEMPLATE
- Navigate to the Campaigns dashboard and select "Create Campaign"
- Complete the set up step as normal, choosing the campaign name, sender address, subject line and pre-header, and footer.
- Click Save and Next.
- On the Design step, choose "Start From Template"
- On the right-hand side, select "My Custom Template". You will see two options: current account and templates account. Click the folder for templates account to see your shared templates (current account will only show templates for the account you are currently in).
- Find the template you want and click "Use"!
