DESCRIPTION:
You have a campaign in either the draft, scheduled, or running status that needs an update to the email design. Follow the steps below depending on the status of your campaign.
Editing a Draft or Scheduled Campaign:
- Navigate to the Campaigns dashboard.
- Hover over the campaign you wish to edit. Choose the "Edit" button that appears to the right.
- Move through each step of the Create a Campaign Workflow changing any aspect of the campaign from Subject Line, target audience, or email design. If the campaign is already scheduled the scheduled time will stay intact.
- Save.
That is all there is to it!
Editing a Running Campaign:
You cannot edit a Campaign in Running status. However, note that triggered campaigns are consistently in "Scheduled" status (scheduled for their next run). Follow the process above to edit a scheduled triggered campaign.
