In late April 2019 Delivra will release a brand new look and feel. Other than updates to the application colors, several changes will be made to navigation and functionality to increase ease-of-use.
This article details how to prepare for the changes to the Delivra app to ensure a smooth transition and avoid double work.
The refresh release will introduce the new Create a Campaign workflow. This workflow combines the content and mailings action under one smooth process. For the best possible experience, we recommend:
- Create draft mailings for any piece of content you plan to use in the near future.
- If you use specific content pieces frequency (copying or cloning and making small updates), go ahead and save that content piece as a template in your account.
- If you have content files you are unlikely to use again, organize them into an "Archive" folder (you will not lose these files).
If you are a Site Administrator, we recommend reviewing the permission sets assigned to each of your account administrators. The Create a Campaign Workflow combines content and mailing creation processes so any admin that should have access to create (Add/Edit) content should ALSO have access to create (Add/Edit) mailings. They do not need access to send or schedule mailings.
