Is there a max file size for the media library?

You can host files that are used in your campaigns in the Media Library, found in the Assets dashboard.

Uploading media content can include images and other file formats, but please verify that the size of the file is no more than 4MB, as that is the maximum size allowed for upload to the Media Library in your account.

Please also note that the maximum filename length is 100 characters.
