Lead scoring is visible on the individual contact records in your account. Below are the steps to locate it.
- Go to the Contacts tab.
- Use the search box or the Find Contacts icon to lookup an email address.
- Once you have located the contact record, click on the down arrow of the "Edit" button to 'Edit in a new tab' (or just click the email address listed). This will open the record for viewing & editing:
- Scroll page to locate "Lead Score" section (bottom right) under Engagement section.
Lead Scoring is available on the Enterprise Plus license. For more information about enabling this feature, or upgrading your license level, please contact your Client Success Manager.
