By segmenting on lead status, total lead score, demographic lead score, and actions lead score, you can target specific leads.
- Go to Contacts and choose Segments from the left-hand navigation.
- Choose the type of segment you would like to create from the action button drop down ("Create Regular Segment", "Create Triggered Segment", etc) at the top right.
- Give your segment a name and a description
- Open the Select Field drop-down and scroll to the Lead Scoring section.
- You will have the option to choose Lead Status, Lead Score, Demographic Score or Action Score.
- After choosing the Contact text field you can choose the operator (Is*) and input the value (if necessary).
- Click "Save & Test"
