We do not pull over Account Name because it is a lookup field in Salesforce. It essentially is its own, different object than the rest of the fields we do pull over. This is due to the way Salesforce structures that field, not a conscious choice by Delivra.
This is a common question from clients as many want to send emails that include business name personalization in the form of a merge tag. There are a few workarounds to try:
- Map over the Company field from Salesforce if available for leads.
- Mass update to a standard field by exporting email addresses with the business name from Salesforce and importing to Delivra.
- Create a custom field within Salesforce that duplicates their account name field and map that from Salesforce to Delivra.
