Just like any import, Delivra treats the email address as the unique identifier in our database and prevents a new record with the same email address from being created (it will update/modify the original record with new or different information).
For the Salesforce integration specifically, clients should note that should they have duplicate email records, this could cause confusion as our system updates/modifies the Delivra record with whichever account/lead is imported last. It is best practice to ensure you are not importing over duplicate records from Salesforce and are regularly checking your SF records for data hygiene.
