In the case that you forget your password, you can request to reset your password by clicking on the 'Forgot your password?' link at the login page:
- After clicking the 'Forgot your password?' link, enter your email address and click 'Continue'
- You should receive an email from 'Email Administrator' containing a link
- If you do not receive an email, please contact support at 866-915-9465, opt 2 or by sending an email to support@delivra.com
- The link in the email will take you to a screen where you can input your new password
- Click to continue to return to the login screen
You password should now be reset, and you can use your new password to log in.
