What image file types are supported in the Drag-and-Drop editor?

You are able to upload many different image file types and other media files to the Media Library for hosting, but only image files can be inserted in your email designs created with our the drag-and-drop email editor.

Media files that are not images can be uploaded to Delivra & links can be created to those hosted files within your email content. For example, you can upload a PDF and link to it in your email for your readers to download.

Recommended image file types include:

• .png
• .gif
• .jpg / .jpeg
  

Make sure you are checking your image file types & sizes before uploading them to the media library. For example, .svg, .tiff, .psd files are typically too large or not a supported file type.
