There may be instances in an automation where you want to evaluate multiple pieces of data at a time (ie. make sure the subscriber meets more than one qualification before receiving the next email). Our Evaluate Contact Data step will allow you to do just that - whether you're looking for multiple URLs clicked, or looking for multiple values stored for your contacts going through the automation.
If your automation requires that your recipients to take multiple actions, you can evaluate this using just one Evaluate Contact Data step.
- Add a Evaluate Contact Data step to your automation.
- Click "Add Condition" to being building a clause to your specifications (in the example below, we use Lead Status is not equal to Disqualified)
- Add another condition using "Add Condition" or add another group using "Add New Group". This functionality is the same as creating a Segment in our Segment builder.
