Due to GDPR requests for data transparency or the right to restrict processing, you may have a contact/subscriber request visibility into their tracked behavioral data or you may need to export before deleting the contact record in total.
Should you receive a request for an individual's data, you can export any tracked behavioral data on the contact record to Excel or PDF. This includes opens, clicks, clickstreams (enabled feature), purchases (enabled feature), shares, forwards, and Google Analytics data if you have that integration enabled.
--> To complete this, navigate to the Contacts page and find the specific subscriber record. Hover over the record and click the Edit drop-down that appears to the right. Choose "View Engagement". On the left-hand side you will see tabs for all recorded engagement listed above. In each of these pages you can click the three dots at the top-right of the table to export as seen below.
