Does the system support embedded surveys, videos, or forms in emails?

No, embedding surveys, videos, or forms directly into your template or campaign is not supported. In many cases, the receiving email client will strip out embed code.

Instead of editing the HTML code to embed any of these items, we recommend creating a button, image, or text link that will click out your form, video, or third party survey from the email. Great survey vendors include SurveyMonkey, GetFeedback, and Formstack.
