Site administrators have the ability to create shortcuts in the help menu that appear for all accounts on the site.
- Go to Settings
- Select Account Management
- Click on Customer Settings
- Click 'Custom Shortcuts" tab
- Enter the text for shortcut (visible in menu to your account administrators)
- Enter the URL (include http://)
- Repeat as necessary to configure up to 3 total shortcuts
- Click 'Save' button
1. Default shortcuts will remain in the Help menu.
2. Create up to 3 additional shortcuts as a site administrator.
