How do I find a contact in my account?

DESCRIPTION:

Contact details are located in the Contacts dashboard.  There are two search options - keyword search and Find Contacts search.

HOW-TO:

Use keyword search-

1. Go to Contacts dashboard
2. Enter a full or partial email address or name value in the search bar
3. Hit the "Enter" key on your keyboard

Use Find Contacts search-

1. Go to Contacts dashboard
2. Locate the "Find Contacts" icon  
3. Click the down arrow of "Select your search fields" 
4. Select an option from the drop-down menu by clicking on the box and click away from drop down area
5. Enter the value to search by in the text box
6. Click "Search"
