Delivra’s software offers different ways to track contact engagement. Review the following information to learn how to set up tracking and opt contacts out of tracking technologies.
‘Do Not Track’ capabilities allow users to opt out from online tracking across devices whenever a contact identifies him/herself.
A tracking pixel is an image that Delivra uses to track which contacts open your emails. When the image loads, Delivra logs information about the contact and their session. This tracking pixel is added to the contact’s email during the send process if tracking is allowed for the contact.
Delivra uses a link wrapping technique to track a contact’s clickthrough engagement with an email. When a contact clicks a link within an email, Delivra logs information about the contact, their session, and the link clicked - and redirects back to the original address. The links are altered in the contact’s email during the send process if tracking is allowed for the contact.
Delivra uses cookies to track a contact’s activity. This occurs through Delivra’s clickstream JavaScript and with various form features.
