Campaigns are the mailings that you create & send from your account to audience groups of your choice. In the Campaigns dashboard Delivra provides a guided workflow to easily build, design, and send your mailings. In this section we'll cover other things you can do in your Campaigns dashboard.
Standard dashboard view
The default view for your Campaigns homepage will display a listing of mailings on-screen that are either in progress or scheduled to be sent. The campaigns status is indicated in the "Status" column.
- New—Mailing is in progress but has not yet been tested.
- Draft—Mailing is in progress and has been tested at least one time.
- Scheduled—Mailing is final and is set to send on a specified date & time.
You can search for mailings of any status by entering keyword(s) in the search box at the top of the page. If you know that the campaign lives in a folder also mark the box to search within subfolders.
Edit a campaign
You can edit mailings of any status from the Campaigns dashboard. Hover over the listed campaign record & open the more options menu that displays to the right. Choose "Edit" from the menu to open the workflow.
Organize campaigns with folders
You can use folders to organize your draft or sent campaigns by time period, email topic, or campaign type. In the create-a-campaign workflow you can assign your new campaign to an existing folder or you can create a new folder on demand.
