The most informative way to get feedback about how your subscribers are engaging with your campaigns is to regularly review the reports offered in the Analytics dashboard of your Delivra Air account. In this article we've highlighted Campaign & Recipient Performance reports available in Delivra Air.
Account Overview
The Account Overview report is displayed as the homepage of the Analytics dashboard. It is a time-based report showing statistics and trends for subscribers and sent campaigns within a specified time frame.
The default time frame for the report is "previous 6 months". You can adjust this setting by opening the Date drop-down menu to find more options and the ability to select dates using a calendar.
The Account Overview report will include the following widgets:
- My Top Campaigns—Quickly see which campaigns performed the best for the specified time frame.
- Delivery & Tracking—View various metrics for deliveries, bounces, opens, unsubscribes and more.
- Engagement—Select various metrics to compare from delivery & tracking statistics for the specified time frame.
- Email Access—See what environments are used by your readers.
- Clickthroughs—See a list of links clicked for campaigns sent in the specified time frame.
- Contact Health—Keep tabs on the activities of your subscribers for the time frame specified.
- Complaint Rate—Watch for trends in recipients reporting your campaigns as spam.
Mailing Overview
The Mailing Overview is a per email report showing the results of selected sent campaigns. The report includes statistics like Delivery & Tracking Statistics, Clickthroughs, and more.
The default view for this report will be the most recent sent campaign from your account. You can select campaigns by clicking the "Select Email Campaign" button.
Tracking Statistics
The Tracking Statistics report is a time-based report showing statistical information related to the campaigns sent within a specified time frame.
The default time frame for the report is "previous 6 months". You can adjust this setting by opening the Date drop-down menu to find more options and the ability to select dates using a calendar.
This report offers additional customization to choose the metrics to be displayed in your view. Use the "Choose Fields" button to add or remove campaign statistics.
