In this article we have collected the questions that we've received regarding the migration to our Delivra Air platform. This listing will be kept up-to-date as information becomes available about features and processes coming in future releases.
Will my custom templates be available for use in the Air system?
Yes, your existing custom templates will be available in Air for you to pull into new regular campaigns. Please note that in the first edition of Air there will not be an email template library available in Assets to save, edit, or manage template files. There will also not be a clone feature for sent campaigns in the Campaigns dashboard.
To clone a campaign or access/edit email templates from the Assets dashboard please navigate to the legacy platform to perform that work and then return to Air. You will find the toggle between Air & Legacy editions in your Settings menu.
What email editor changes can I expect when I switch to Air?
Delivra Air is being released in phases so you will notice that some features may not yet be available in the drag-and-drop editor. For instance, dynamic content and cell groups will not be available.
To use functionality that is not yet available in Delivra Air please navigate to the legacy platform to perform that work and then return to Air. You will find the toggle between Air & Legacy editions in your Settings menu.
Will any functionality be lost in my templates when I use Air?
It is unlikely. However, Delivra Air is being released in phases so you may notice that some features are not yet available in the drag-and-drop editor. Examples of features that will will not be available in the first release is Who Sees This (dynamic content) and cell groups.
Can I paste text from an external source into my email design?
Yes. In the text editor located on the right of your canvas you will find a paste icon. There are two options:
- If you want the pasted text to use the text formatting applied to the email design select "Inherit style at cursor position".
- If you want the pasted text to keep the text formatting from the original source select "Retain source style".
Can I switch back to Delivra's legacy platform?
For a temporary period of time our customers will have the ability to toggle between both versions of the system. Delivra's legacy platform will be depreciated at some point in the future. Our customers will be provided plenty of notice and support before access is removed.
How do I toggle between Delivra's Air and Legacy platform versions?
Open your Settings menu.
If you are in legacy, you will see a link in the menu for "Delivra Air".
If you are in Air, you will see a slider for "Legacy".
