In this article we have collected the questions that we've received regarding the migration to the Delivra Air platform. This listing will be kept up-to-date as information becomes available about features and processes coming in future releases.
What differences can I expect when I start using Air?

Will my contacts, segments, and categories be automatically migrated to Air?
Yes. Your full list of contacts will migrate. And your segments and categories will be available to select when creating a campaign in Air. Please note the following:
- In Delivra Air, categories are called tags.
- Because segmentation is not yet available in Air, you will need to toggle to the legacy system in order to edit your existing segments or to create new ones.
The toggle between systems is in your Settings menu.
Can I clone a sent campaign in Air that was sent from the legacy system?
The clone feature for sent campaigns is absolutely available in Delivra Air & you will find it by navigating to your Campaigns dashboard, then update the filter to show sent campaigns, then hover over a listed campaign to see the Clone button.
Will I have access to all of the same features?
Delivra Air is being released in phases so you will notice that some features may not yet be available in Air. For this reason both versions of the platform will be available in a toggle found in the Settings menu of your Delivra account.
What if a feature that I need is not available in Air?
Delivra Air is being released in phases so you will notice that some features may not yet be available. Use the toggle found in your Settings menu to switch back and forth between versions. Any changes you make in the legacy version of the platform will be reflected when you toggle back to Air and vice versa.
Can I revert back to Delivra's legacy system?
For a temporary period of time our customers will have the ability to toggle between both versions of the system. However, Delivra's legacy platform will be depreciated at some point in the future. Our customers will be provided plenty of notice and support before we remove your access to the legacy version of our app.
When will it be required that my company switches to the Air system completely?
The legacy and Air versions of Delivra's application will coexist for the time being. In the long term, we will only support one version of the app (Delivra Air), but we have no immediate plans to remove the legacy version. We will give you plenty of notice and support before we remove your access to the legacy version of our app.
