Once a lead has been qualified, the contact becomes a true prospect and a deal can be created in the Sales dashboard. This article outlines the steps to take to create a new Deal.
- Navigate to the Sales dashboard. The default view displays all deals that have been created (a.k.a. deal pipeline). Click "Add Deal" button top-right.
- A Create Deal pop-up will display to enter details. The required information for a deal are: name, related Company, Pipeline stage, and Deal Type.
- We recommend adding more details to your Deal like deal owner, products, value, and more to help your Sales team prioritize which Deals to work in the dashboard.
