You sent a campaign and the email you received shows your images as a red x. Why?
It is common for email clients to turn off the default display of images on received emails and require the user to manually choose to show the images. If this is the case, it should be easy to identify because the images will have text displayed to right-click to enable the image to display.
In other cases, the cause may not be so easy. If you have fully ruled out the possibility above, that your email client or server is not showing images by default, consider the following list. For help with these issues, you may need help from your IT department.
- Is your spam filter blocking images? Try adding the from domain as a safe sender, find instructions here. If updating the safe sender rules do not work, ask your IT team to whitelist Delivra's sending domain and IP ranges.
IP ranges: 141.193.208.0/23, Sending domain: ne16.com. - Is your Temporary Internet Files folder valid on your machine?
- Are you offline when attempting to view the email?
- Are the images used in this email stored on an external server (meaning, not in Delivra)? If yes, is it possible that the image files or folders have been moved or trashed?
If you have attempted all recommendations listed in the article and images are still not rendering in your received emails from the system, please contact support@delivra.com.
