You forwarded an email to a co-worker or another email address you manage. What you received does not look like what you sent in the first place. Why is that?
When you forward an email using your email client's forward button, your email client's rendering rules will dictate how the code is processed and displayed. At that point Delivra is no longer involved in the process and cannot support rendering issues.
We suggest using the Forward to a Friend link in the footer of an email to ensure proper rendering of a forwarded email.
