There may be instances when you need to turn off this integration's tags on your links for an email you need to send. You can manage whether clickstream tags are added to links in the Settings of your account. When disabled, the account will not add the necessary tags for our clickstream integration until it's turned back on.
- Navigate to Settings > Account Management > General Account Settings
- Click on the Settings tab on the left
- Scroll to find "Tracking" section. Check or uncheck the box to "add clickstream tracking tags".
