Capture valuable data from subscribers through use of conditional display settings for the fields included in your form. Use conditional display fields to control what form visitors see based on their interaction with the form. Based on selections in the form, display additional form fields to slowly gather related information or only display relevant fields to the form visitor.
This functionality allows you to customize the form experience, which leads to gathering meaningful data for targeting without impacting form completion rates.
Examples
- Setup a form to collect the subscriber's professional industry and then display sub-categories specific to that industry.
- Display SMS permission fields after a mobile number is entered.
Notes
- Form features vary based on your license. For more information about license packaging, please visit https://www.delivra.com/pricing or email our Client Success team.
- A conditional profile may only apply to one row at one time. You should not build multiple profiles within one row of the form. This means that if you have multiple selections in a menu that you want to create conditionally displayed sub-categories for, each sub-category profile should be created as it's own row. Example: An Industry menu is used in a form. It contains three values: Education, Law, and Tech. Each Industry value should have it's own row created for conditional display instead of building all three in onw row. See this animation:
