How do I use the Code block in the editor?

Our drag-and-drop email editor includes the ability to paste in HTML generated outside of Delivra to be displayed in your content. You will find the "Code" content type in the left-hand panel of the designer:

• Display a partner ad tag in an email by pasting ad tags into the code block.
• Display real-time personalization in an email by pasting those elements into a code block.

What is an ad tag?

An ad tag (aka creative tag or placement tag) is a chunk of code inserted within the email that sends a request to the ad server to show an ad in a given place. It is a HTML code snippet combined with a URL from which the browser will request an ad.

Note

The Code block will not support iframe code because iframe is not supported in email. Once the file is saved or once you move on in the workflow the iframe code will be stripped.
