Log in for the first time
When logging into Delivra for the first time, you will have the opportunity to set up a user profile that includes your name, mobile number, and personal preferences for system behavior. Depending on your account configuration, your name and mobile number could be used in merge tags, or to facilitate your testing of automated SMS messages.

Configure account-level preferences
After logging in, we recommend that you configure a few account-level preferences:
- Provide your company information to receive benchmark reporting.
- Choose the alerts you would like to receive to your inbox.
- Customize your mailing and sending preferences.
Create users
There are two types of users that can be added to your account:
- Site administrators are responsible for the account and have access to all features.
- Account administrators are assigned Roles and only have access to the features defined in a role.
Visit this article to learn how to create administrators for your account.
Configure default account settings
We recommend utilizing some of the following features to improve your experience and save time.
- Email Footer
If you’re using Delivra to send marketing emails, your account must have a footer. The footer identifies you as the sender, and will be automatically added at the bottom of the email. Visit this article to learn more about setting up your footer. For the ideal experience, design a custom footer that aligns with your brand. - Sender Name & Address
All email campaigns must have a valid and working email domain specified as the From Address. You can save one or more sender addresses in Delivra, and have them pre-populate in the ‘From’ menu when creating a campaign. Visit this article to learn how to edit or create a Sender Address. - Test Recipient Lists
You can save a default list of people who should receive your test mailings. This is helpful if you have a team of people who need to approve designs or mailings before they are sent. Visit this article for instructions on creating these test lists. - Brand Styles
You can save your brand colors to make them readily available for easy selection in the drag-and-drop editor. To protect your brand even more, you can restrict the color selectors to only show your brand colors when designing content. Additionally, you can save custom web fonts to provide greater design flexibility. Learn more about brand colors and custom web fonts.
