You've decided to incorporate SMS into your marketing program. Enabling SMS impacts several modules in Delivra including Contacts, Segments, Mailings, Automation, Reports, and Settings.
Here are the specific examples of where SMS shows up in Delivra:
Contacts > View SMS subscribers-
In your Contacts dashboard you will find a listing of all phone numbers in your SMS database, including their status. Click 'View SMS Contacts' link.
Contacts > View SMS subscribers by Keyword-
If you have multiple Keywords, you can toggle the view using the drop down menu in the top right of the screen.
Contacts > Search SMS subscribers-
You can also run a whole or partial number search in search box on the left-side.
Segments > Create SMS segments-
You can perform basic segmentation of your phone number database. For instance, segment by Area Code or segment by the information you requested through the opt in process.
Mailings > Create New SMS Mailing-
Create new SMS mailing type in your Mailings dashboard. Name the message, choose Keyword, type in message, click Recipients, select the segment, save. Additionally, you can use the Finalize tab to schedule the SMS message to be sent at a later time.
Mailings > View SMS Mailings-
In your Mailings dashboard, use the mailing type menu to sort the view for SMS type. You can view Draft, Scheduled and Sent SMS messages here.
Reports > View SMS Reports-
There are three basic reports for sent SMS messages: SMS Overview (Per SMS message reporting), Program Overview (Displays all SMS sent), and Tracking Statistics (Per SMS message reporting that includes link tracking).
