The Content Lock feature allows you to lock sections of your email template or campaign design so that users cannot edit it. This feature benefits multi-member teams or franchise teams keep important parts of their design and branding protected for consistency.
How-To
- In the drag-and-drop email designer, each content block will display a lock/unlock icon. Click the lock icon to lock/unlock the cell.
- Then, make your edits to the content section as needed and click the lock icon to lock it.

Troubleshooting Notes
- Content locking is available to site administrators or account administrators with lock/unlock permissions. If you do not see this feature in email templates, have your site administrator check your permissions.
- If your permissions have been updated and you still do not see this feature, email Support.
