There are a few options if you want reports sent to you in your inbox. Our software offers a handful of automated reports that can be configured to send post-email to any one administrator or all administrators. To find and configure these reports, go to Settings > Account Management >General Account Settings > and click the Alerts tab on the left.
Available Reports
The following automated reports must be enabled at the account level and at the administrator level. Any administrator with settings privileges can enable on the individual admin records.
- Insights: An automated weekly account information report that includes open rates, successful subject lines, average click-to-open rates, most successful content and more. Each week (4 total) is a different topic.
- Subscription Alerts: An automated report that includes subscription details for new contacts, new unsubscribes and new held contacts for the week. Options:
- Determine interval: daily, weekly (and manage day of week), monthly
- Can turn off completely for the account.
- Delivery Alerts: An automated report that includes delivery status of a sent email. Options:
- Determine interval post-email.
- Can turn off completely for the account.
- Mailing Alerts: An automated Mailing Overview report that includes tracking statistics of a sent campaign. Options:
- Determine interval post-campaign.
- Can turn off completely for the account.
How-To
Enable at account level
1. Login to your account
2. Go to Settings > Account Management > General Account Settings > Alerts tab
- Locate Insights section
- Click Choose recipients
- Choose one insight at a time from drop-down
- Enter email address of email to receive report
- Repeat if additional emails should be added
- Click OK
- Click Save
- Repeat for each insight
- Locate Subscription Alerts section
- Check desired frequency
- Click Save
- Locate Delivery Alerts section
- Check the box for desired time frame post-campaign
- Click Save
- Locate Mailing Alerts section
- Check the box for desired time frame post-campaign
- Click Save
Enable at administrator level
1. Login to your account
2. Go to the user icon in the top-level navigation and click "My Settings"
3. Click "Alerts" on the left menu
4. Check the box(es) for desired report(s) under Mailings Alerts and Reports sections. The account reports discussed above are: Delivery Reports, Mailing Overview Report, Subscription Report Basic, Subscription Report Normal, Subscription Report Detailed.
5. Click "Update Alerts" button, top right
Additional Administrator Reports
You will find additional reports available on your administrator record for individual notification of the following activities in your account:
Mailing Alerts
Mailing Failure
No Recipients
Recipient count exceeded
Retry alert
Test mailing empty
Note that Mailing Alerts are for regular, triggered, and test emails. Mailing alerts will not be sent for triggered emails with no recipients, as this is a fairly common occurrence due to the nature of triggered emails.

Our Custom Report Builder allows you to schedule custom reports to send to you automatically. Many of our standard reports can be scheduled to send as well.
