You've created an automated hello campaign in your account that you intend to send to new contacts being imported.
1. Navigate to the Contacts dashboard.
2. Choose "Import Email Contacts" (top-right)
3. Click "Select" to browse to your desktop > Find your .CSV file > click "OK".
4. Click "Next' button (top right)
5. Match your CSV file columns listed on the left to the database fields on the right.
6. Click 'Next' (top right)
7. In the Import Action drop-down, select "Import as regular contacts, and send hello" (This action sends the new contacts a hello message.)
8. Create category if needed, or add to an existing category.
9. Click "Import".
