You may want to manage which Leads and Contacts are included with the sync between your Salesforce instance and your Delivra account.
Only Leads/Contacts with the Delivra Opt In checkbox marked will sync data. (See more information about how the Delivra Opt-In works below). You can perform a manual uncheck of the Delivra Opt-In box for those Leads/Contacts that you do not want to be sent to Delivra. This must be done in Salesforce.

It is important to note the behavior of the Delivra Opt-In checkbox for Delivra's Salesforce integration:
1. If a lead/contact record from Salesforce does not exist in your Delivra account and the lead/contact record does not have the Delivra Opt-In checked, no sync will occur for that lead/contact.
2. If a lead/contact record from Salesforce does exist in your Delivra account and the lead/contact record does not have the Delivra Opt-In checked, the lead/contact record will be included in the sync and be updated to unsubscribe status in your Delivra account.
